Shipping | Refunds | Returns

Each PC provided by Perfect PC is made up of a combination of different computing components sourced through multiple suppliers with varying manufactures warranties.  For pick up, PC's have a 1 - 3 business day lead time.  For shipping within New Zealand, a 3 - 5 business day lead time should be expected.   Returns will be assessed by Perfect in order to ascertain which specific component requires the warranty or refund.
